Epic Consulting is a commercial real estate development, property management and construction company located in Washington, DC with projects throughout the continental United States. Our focus is on VA build-to-suit development, shopping center development, property management and specialized construction in various industries.

We currently develop and construct VA clinics and offices nationwide. We also specialize in development and construction for the dairy industry with projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.

The team has been working together since before the inception of Epic Consulting. We have chosen to remain a small boutique consulting firm to provide high quality services to our clients.
